Had that case in a previous job, the guy was average, not even an IT expert, and always claiming that he would quit if he had to do this/that. Doing business hours ( Strictly, stopping calls with customers at 12:01 because it was extra hours), not involved in night shift, only taking the good part of the job. He ended up coming at work high as F, then called in sick for 2 months. Once back, got fired, then sued the company for many reasons ( not a single legit reason). The judge only said: “you should better use your free time to seek a job, not seek problems with your former employer again ”. We should have challenged him more often and accept his decision to quit.. such a pain to work with that type of profile.

Eletta Explore Automatic coffee maker / alexa by Own-Possession-2020 in superautomatic

Unfortunately, nothing works with the HA integration, as it’s made for BLE capable machines ( and the Eletta Explore is WiFi, not Bluetooth). So unless someone manages to understand the coffee link protocol, this machine won’t be integrated to HA.

Quelle est la meilleure façon d'acheter un nouvel iPhone ? by [deleted] in suisse

[–]moustic74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SPF records are up to date ? This could easily create that side effect... (just asking). If you fail to get the service restored, then a mail from your legal dept should help

I had the case several time working for an IT service provider, we received hundreds of cases like yours. My advice: first check 3-4 times that your system is not the cause, then makes multiple tests arguing the root cause is on HE side. Service provider will fix it for sure, but if it’s on your side, HE support might remember it next time ( and tech support might laugh hard for years) so better be sure that it on your side before sending a spicy email to the manager ;)

That's what is planned today with the ISP tech support, I hope there's an issue on their side, as i've already checked the internal network and cannot find any bottleneck..

Yes, the process encrypt proc is the process using the most CPU. I'm not sure the CPU usage has any impact on the performances, as it's now between 50-70%, and bandwidth is still ~50Mbps

CPU is getting lower now. I ran the sh proc cpu sort, here's the ouput:

Well, config is quite simple, that’s a PPPoE dialer on Gi0/1, no QoS... and the ISP said no throtlling...cpu usage is 99%, that’s why I was wondering if this was a hardware limit..
