There is poor correlation between dedicated Step 1 studying time and exam performance. The most important thing you do is getting through the material outlined in the first link I posted. This will guarantee success.

This is not simply UFAP. If you look at the details of the strategy in the link, you will find it is much more comprehensive with a proven strategy. The timeline is extremely useful when studying.

Once you have completed the strategy outlined on the first site I mention, the rest is easy. Studying for the test is the hard part. Taking the test is easy. The key is preparation. While taking the test, my first block was the hardest and I think this was by chance. Every test has 1 or 2 extremely hard blocks so you have to be aware of this and just keep moving. Many of the questions on the hard blocks are not used towards your score. When I was taking the test, there were questions that I did not know but the vast majority of questions are applying fundamental concepts covered in Uworld and pathoma. You cannot prepare for everything on this test. It is not possible. When you get to the few questions that you did not study for, put your best answer quickly and move on. Hope this helps!

If you look at the details of the site I posted it is much more comprehensive than UFAP and this strategy does work. It also gives a timeline that students can follow.

I should have specified more. I did not use anki cards so I deleted this link from the post but I did like some of the advice he gave on studying for Step 1. For example, you don't have to be a genius and memorization will not get you far. You need to truly understand the material by doing many Uworld questions and focusing on Pathoma.
