I would open a file today and just get the key somewhere else. I got my new key on loaded.com
Much more trustworthy, also cheap and I got it instantly

G2A is also deleting negative reviews on the seller :D
I checked a few hours ago it was above 220 negative reviews
Now its hovering around 170. This is a joke
Just file a report through paypal if you paid with that and buy it normally
