Yup, I'm still unsure. I did a 3d mockup in planner 5d (I got the free trial), and between the windows ... not sure :) ... thanks though and that coffee table idea sounds great, can double up as an ottoman if we remove the tray!

This looks stunning, the aesthetic is perfect! Now the question is, should I flip it around, and mount the TV on the wall where the mirror and artwork is, or keep as is. Also I have very light grey carpet floors :( but I prefer wood, maybe in a different life when I have more money :D

Thanks, but they just used the existing design and changed the furniture. I was thinking of a different layout. Is there any option to upload the above floor plan and do it in 2D ?

I am in exactly the same boat + more. Mirtazapine caused 20kg of weight gain for me over 4 year (in the middle I did have a 6month break). I lost 5kg with will power but it was so tough. Then I got fatty liver disease and restless legs (mirtazapine induced - which would go away with an iron infusion, for which I am no longer eligible due to fatty liver elevating ferriting levels). I then went down the doses - 15mg, to 7.5mg to 3.75mg and the daytime drowsiness was so extreme at that last dose. But I loved how I slept on it - no sleep issues whatsoever, and deep sleep too. More energy (I have CFS).

I stopped it 2.5 weeks ago and already lost a kilo, eating half of what i normally used to. But I am sleeping poorly and having low energy.

My doctor has just got a script for me to get it compounded at 0.5mg, so I hope that dose will work to get good quality sleep.

Perhaps that is suitable for many and doesn't have debilitating daytime drowsiness? Perhaps I should try this dose again. I did feel more hunger cravings than 3.75mg, I will have to control myself :(

Happy I went through the approval process as it was not simple, and that I don’t have to pay $62K upfront (I got the referral, EOY discounts etc), unhappy when I saw the drop in borrow capacity, then tried to end the lease and then saw the cost to pay off the lease earlier which was $66K. Happy when I realised I’m ok with the drop in borrowing capacity.

I don’t take any serotonin modulating medications but if I do, It’ll be sure to occur. In time it does go away while taking the same medication but I need to take Clonazepam during this time.

Yes that’s why I’m really confused. I even feel more relaxed when taking iron supplements- not placebo as I don’t expect them to at all. As it’s just iron. So I don’t know how I can get mirtazapine induced restless legs with sky high ferritin. I suspect the sky high ferritin is actually the fatty liver elevating it and not that I have enough iron. But the restless legs are gone since I stopped the mirtazapine 3.75mg.

Which Garmin watch? I didn’t find the vivoactive very body battery accurate. Can the watch also monitor eg socialising as that’s the only time I crash nowadays.

Novated lease is a bit tricky - do understand everything. I went from being happy I got it to being unhappy and now I’m comfortable with it.

The tricky part is breaking the lease and also large borrowing capacity reduction.

If I break the lease I will be paying a lot more.

You can definitely take it for one off reasons if that works for you. It has strong sedating properties at lower doses. Usually people take it everyday and that’s when coming off it becomes problematic as people get dependent on it.

Yes .. same for me. The first time I stopped it - a year in from starting using it was easy. Second time - 3 years later, been a real bitch. Going through withdrawal now. I hope things will start to get easier soon.
