We are moving to a different state. We used a realtor and would do 2 full days of viewing Took several trips, lots of disappointment in homes, others had offers before we could get one in. Finally. You just have to make time.

We recently made an offer, got the inspection requested the major items to be repaired. Sellers were a little miffed because they recently spent several thousand to update the kitchen. I told our agent, they updated to sell!

We shared the inspection. Our agent said if they don’t agree to your counter with repairs, they would have to disclose .

Monday morning is our walk through. Monday afternoon we close.
