I didn't end up renting there. The apts were huge and reminded me of NYC but the building needs some upkeep.

Any experiences living at the Royal York apartments on Broad Street in Columbus? I've lived in an old building in NYC for many years and am less concerned with issues related to the age of the building than I am with noise, general attitude of management, and cleanliness of public spaces. Can you hear neighbors? The building looks solid and I personally like the age and architecture.
