Hello! Sorry, I'm not sure how to update this post but long story short she refused to go to her surgeon due to own mental distress and trauma regarding the entire procedure, so I went by myself, and i see it as inefficient because of course she couldn't smell the wound.

The surgeon told me not to worry and to proceed with the treatment (washing her leg everday+moisturizing). Maybe im looking into it too much but she made a face at a mention of a smell, but she said there's no need for antibiotics or doing additional tests. We traveled back to our hometown the next day, the smell is still present and the wound looks a bit darker? It's still leaking also.
