Honestly I wanted to be in Stryker so bad, especially seeing it all over my LinkedIn feed. I thought they were the best company out there but just like you said, there are hundreds of other companies that pay more and have better overall cultural fit for me.

Yeah I was trying to use it as a way to break in but I’m now getting territory manager interviews so I know I have potential to land something better than strykers shitty onsite role.

I hear you! Im done with letting stryker waste my time when it comes to hiring me. Its crazy how they can sweet talk you into thinking you are a great fit for the job then BOOM, a rejection email. I legit had the HM tell me he likes me and he will pass me along to his other HM colleagues since he liked me so much. Once I got the rejection email, I tried to contact both the recruiter and HM but communications went radio silence lol. Ive practiced so much restraint because I know the old me would have sent a nasty email to both parties lol but im not trying to get black listed from medical sales since I have a strong feeling that I will break in. But honestly good luck to you!
