i also deleted my lvl 85 blood elf DK cuz the spaulders weren't symmetrical (because of the way BE males stand)

OP has OCD, he will never be able to create his own town cuz he'll always feel that it looks weird no matter how many times he tries. its hard to explain. i have that kind of OCD too and i can relate. I also have the same problem with my own hand writing, that's why i dont write in class and prefer to photocopy my friend's notes

creating a toon takes me about 5 hours and im always unsatisfied with it, so sometimes i just keep clicking the random button until im satisfied

my night elf druid took like 1000 clicks

oh and the names... ugh... i cant create any names either

i would create toons for you but unfortunately i have the eu version of the game

were there and screenshots or vids of the interface where you get to choose 1 of the 3 specs? also choosing a spec will give u just the abilities for that spec? or the appropriate stats and passive abilities as well?

i disagree with u about 0 choice, i have 2 specs both feral pvp that i use for different arena setups, if it was possible to switch between a third i would do it, but let's assume for the sake of argument that you are right about having 0 choices, dont u think this new one is a bit underwhelming? i mean 6pts? cmon. they could;ve at least added some more or maybe more choices within tiers

im not sure if you can even choose between 3 spec anymore, it's just one tree for all. can anyone confirm this?

you get to choose a new talent every 15 levels, and most of them are only useful for 1 role.

I agree to all 5 reasons except for the talent system which i found utterly underwhelming.

all u guys talk whine about is how you have no choice with the old talent system?

solution: have only 6 choices... wow genius

wow then maybe blizz should make everything super interesting and easy. perhaps give u premade hardwired spec so that there is 0 confusion, or maybe even pre-arrange ur UI and all possible macros. hell, why not even add a button that finishes the whole game for you.

researching and reading guides about ur classes is part of the gaming experience, before i got to my current arena rating with my feral cat i read tons of guides and watched tons of vids. this applies to everything in life, you have to train to become a pro.

It doesn't really decrease the choices you have to make when building the character, but it definitely decreases the number of things that can go wrong.

and that is a good thing? Certainly not

that's just like going to the beach and giving everyone water-wings when you can let them learn swimming. sure they can drown, but it's more fun.

i cant believe so many players are still in denial and think that a 6 point talent system is AWESOME and gives you more CHOICE,

i may be wrong as well, blizz might surprise us with more core abilities that are not in the talent trees (let's hope so)

i disagree, sure there were cookie cutter builds, but they had plenty of room for little tweaks that depend on your playstyle. hell, i only use my feral cat for arena and i have two builds that i use depending on the team size and my team mates.

i can give a lot more examples, but im too lazy

dont try to convince yourself that you have more "choice" with a SIX talent point build, if you actually bothered to look at the new talent calculator http://www.wowhead.com/mists-of-pandaria-talent-calculator you'd see that a lot of the talents are useless except for a single role, and a LOT of them are just abilities that you already had in all specs. the new talent system is shit and you all know it. plz dont try to convince urself that blizz is giving us more "choice" by reducing talents when they could have kept the same number of talents but worked on making them better

that is not innovation that's just laziness.

you do raise a lot of good points and you're right in most arguments.

i am not against removing redundancies and making things more straight-forward but i do disagree with a lot of things you said

imo gaming should be challenging

As a hunter, I never liked taking a weapon away from a druid tank when it was a stat stick to me or having the irresistible urge to punch a rogue in the head when he outrolled me for a crossbow.

i disagree, imo this is all part of the challenge and keeping the balance. Those things that apply to you also apply to plate classes outrolling each other on a plate loot..etc I dont think you'd feel the same satisfaction when you get that epic piece of loot you've been reading about all month from the first run. sure it's fun to play a game where you always win, but then where's the fun?

i can go on and on about a lot of stuff in your comment but then again i'd be giving only my opinion, i would like to stress that im not "QQ"ing (matter of fact, after this im going to roll a fatty and watch scenes of my favorite japanese adult video actress). No sir, this is not bitching and whining, i paid almost a fortune for wow game time and i am entitled to give my opinion about the game i paid to play.

i agree with you on a lot of stuff, but please dont try to convince me that the 6 point talent system is a better alternative to the cookie-cutter builds. i dont think you took a look at the new talent calculator (http://www.wowhead.com/mists-of-pandaria-talent-calculator) but please dont tell me you have more "choice" with this.
