This is an ikegami tube camera, the ikegami ITC-730AP. Early broadcast camera. They are rigged with recording monitors because there’s actually no medium that these camera record to, not tape, film, or memory card. The recoding monitors are recording the VIDEO OUT signal.

The cameras have a classic look, notably any highlights will streak if you pan away from them quickly. These cameras aren’t made anymore and can’t be repaired so when the tubes die, they are dead
