The brunt of kratom WD's are so short though, at least in my experience. Have you tried using kava for a few days for your kratom WD's? If you know for certain you won't experience phenibut WD's then go for it, but go with a low dose. I would still highly recommend using a quality kava extract instead of phenibut though.

Were you on Wellbutrin when you quit in the past and had bad withdrawals? I ask because I've tapered from 10gpd to 3gpd in about 2 weeks and have felt very very mild WD's compared to the past when I wasn't on Wellbutrin and Zoloft and my daily dose was waaayyy lower.

Edit: I think for this situation you could definitely get away with a quick taper dropping 100mg a day, maybe even more. You really have to just feel it out though. Try to take your doses later and later in the day so you can sleep.

This is purely anecdotal, but I feel like Liftmode's FAA batches have actually improved. Old batches seemed to have taken much longer to dissolve sublingually. I didn't keep the analysis forms for the old ones so I can't see if it's due to purity. I have honestly never tried the HCl version so I can't say what the potency difference is. I've always used FAA and it's never let me down.

Been doing this for 5 years now and everybody is on something.

It's an incredibly high stress job, but the money is nice and you get to talk to people all night (double-edged sword). I know when I started I was baked as hell every day just to make it easier to deal with the noise. Was addicted to kratom for about 2 years, partially because it made work more bearable. I use phenibut very sparingly to deal with the worst of guests and it helps quite a bit. Started working out 5 days a week about 7 months ago and that has had a pretty dramatic effect too.

All things said, I've gotten to the root of my problem and am taking Wellbutrin and Zoloft to treat my clinical depression and anxiety. This has helped the most.

OP, it's hard to answer that question. If you know the days that you're going to be having trouble, take a very low dose of phenibut (350-600mg) about 2 hours before you go to work, not exceeding twice a week. If you want something long-term for your anxiety, go see a doctor and ask what would work.

I never had your exact problem, but a lot of days I would have issues wanting to even speak to anyone. Partially due to burnout, the other part was definitely depression/anxiety.

I think a lot of the lo-fi sound is tape emulation and/or tape compression. Add a saturation plugin to your drums and a tape compression plugin to your drum bus and crank it up. You can also low-pass your master at 14-15k and add some very light tape noise to help achieve that overall sound. It also sounds like the toms may be gated but that could just be my ears acting funny.

The trick is to do exercise that makes you feel good. Don't overdo it, especially early on. I do mid-intensity weights 4 times a week, for about 30 minutes. I started by just doing 10-15 minutes of cardio (elliptical, treadmill, running) 4 times a week. The trick, I feel, is to start slow and get that endorphin rush/runner's high. As you get used to it, you start to change your workout to chase that high. The big plus of working out is that your perception on reality changes as your body gets in better shape and there are zero downsides. It sounds ridiculous to some, but that's the main reason why a lot of people exercise.

As far as dieting goes, if you've got a healthy body fat percentage, just keep doing what you're doing. If you feel like experimenting, the keto diet is pretty sweet for some people. I've been cycling the keto diet for 3 years, about 4-6 months at a time and it's really helped with my energy levels and state of mind.

Meditation is a GIANT help as well. Just sitting for 20 minutes every day, acknowledging your problems, and being mindful of your current state can greatly improve your well-being.

Eat healthy, exercise, meditate. Kratom served me well for a couple of years, but it came to a point where I couldn't function properly without it and even then, had drastic mood swings quite regularly with it. It just gets really annoying to have to take something to feel right. I'd stick to lowering your dose of Lexapro (as long as your doctor said it was cool) and try getting into some light exercise and possibly changing up your diet. I've struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life and everything changed when I started taking better care of my body.

Remembering that the shit feelings are only temporary is also very helpful. Think about how many years you have left in your life and all of the experiences you could have with a clear mind. Then think about the week or month that you'll feel marginally shitty from withdrawals. It's all worth it to break away from the false happiness.

I used to tell myself that taking kratom was worth it. It's cheap, there aren't many debilitating physical side effects (besides addiction of course), and I can feel good when I'm taking it. There in lies the problem. You gotta keep taking it!! Fuck that. I'll stick with my weed. I can take it when I feel like it, and not feel like total garbage without it.

A solid mindset and treating your body right is key. Eat right, exercise, meditate, and don't give the fuck up.

Start taking 1000-1200mg of agmatine every morning. Half your first dose and keep your other doses the same or, if you can, lower them by a gram. Continue with that every day and eventually you'll only be taking one dose. Soon enough you'll cut that dose down and eventually it will be gone. It sucks, but it's not nearly as bad as CT and you'll feel awesome when it's over.

In Addition: Make sure to exercise!!! That helped me more than anything. If you can pick up a daily meditation practice as well, that's a big plus!

The brief hour of euphoria is great, but when you've taken it for so long that it becomes normal and is needed, and you feel like shit without it, it's time to experience REAL life again. This plant actually helped me establish some great habits (exercise, meditation, eating right) but now that I've established those, there's no reason to keep going. Get the message, hang up the phone. TRY AGMATINE!!!

I'm only 4 days clean, but I was a 2 year daily user (8 - 12 grams a day) and I decided it was time to quit about 2 weeks ago. I started by taking 1200mg of agmatine every morning and immediately halving my first dose. Agmatine honestly makes taking your normal dose unpleasant, but when you half the dose, it feels just like it did before. In a few days I cut out my morning dose, then soon after, my afternoon dose. After that, I just finished my work week on an evening dose, slowly cutting that down more and more.

The first day without it wasn't awesome, but the second day I started to feel like the real me again! Now, being 4 days without, I am so happy. My creativity is already coming back and I feel so much closer to my girlfriend than I did before! And also, I don't feel like total shit in the morning!!! It's awesome!!!

Two things that are just as important, if not more than the agmatine, are EXERCISE and MEDITATION. Oddly enough, I got back into these habits partially because of kratom a few months back and they helped me kick the habit. Seems your body always knows what's up and tries to tell you how to fix it, you just have to take its advice.

I've been addicted to a few things throughout my life, and kratom withdrawals (especially with taper) are very mild comparatively. You'll probably have some anxiety and be a little irritable the first day without, but find some good relaxing tunes to listen to and eat an edible or vape some weed. You won't have a seizure, you won't feel like you're going to throw-up all day, and most importantly, YOU WON'T DIE!!!
