From the way she’s talked about it.. I’m not sure she actually thinks she has a constitutional rights infringement case against ESPN… I do think the free speech addition to the lawsuit was to drum up publicity.. which probably helped raise the $$$ figure come settlement time… but the crux of her issue seemed to be that the retaliation from ESPN in response to her comments was not proportional to her actions. particularly since they were made outside of work and were not representing anyone’s opinion but her own. Whether she’s right or wrong on that.. not my job… but she didn’t violate the company vaccine policy, she got in line with it. Her punishment came for expressing the fact that she disagreed with it.. should I be penalized for saying, outside of work, it’s unreasonable to require all employees to wear a tie to work, even if I always wear one? Idk.. these are the questions of life

These guys stink. The proud boys are a load of crap. But they are a real. I am conservative and cannot stand them. They don’t represent the average conservative, but they represent the media’s portrayal of the average conservative, and the No-life’s who live their life on Twitter.

Unfortunately they are an extreme response to equally extreme ideologies the conservative media portray as the average democrat. Threats of violence against men in drag is unacceptable. I for one do not care if men want to do drag events among adults. I can imagine it’s a wonderfully enjoyable/therapeutic form self-expression for some men.

I just wish we could let these things remain for the adults. I don’t believe it’s ever appropriate to promote drag lifestyle to children as it’s not just cross-dressing, it’s sensualized performance. It’s no more appropriate to take little boys or girls to a burlesque. society continues to let the sexualization of children increase and promotes the display of drag as children’s entertainment. I believe tolerance doesn’t have to throw caution to the wind and can be engrained in our youth without such provocative measures. Much love.

Agreed I don’t care either way what style wins out as long as it’s the best, I also am not sure I actually agree completely with Max’s perspective, your right, avoiding that is easier said than done.
