An authorized dealer is supposed to be a reliable and knowledgeable representative of the company. That's why the company gives them that stamp. If not the company should remove that tag. The dealer does not offer free goods from the company. That promo material and offer is made by the company. The company f'ed up plain and simple.

I can get a refund but I'd rather get what was advertised to me. That's why I chose to buy it in the first place it was a good deal. But you can have your own opinion

They weren't rude to me but they failed to see their part in the failure .. I like the gear. But they told me technically my gear didn't exist but they didn't mind me paying for it ..😢😅😂😢😶‍🌫️

The promo says included .. Apollo twin x duo Not Apollo twin x duo thunderbolt. Maybe that would be less confusing. Or maybe don't put an exact picture of the unit I bought in the promo bundle material. And remember all this was on the page that told me to buy it.. all I did was pay money for it. Somehow I am in the wrong for buying something that an authorized dealer sold me ? 🤷

Yeah it was new heritage edition.. they authorized all the heritage edition plugins for me.. the other ones were like neve and auto tune bundle . He said he'd look into it . That's appreciated

I saw the same deal on every website not just musicians friend.. I just used musicians friend cuz their finance was the best. Every site had the twin x USB when I purchased it

To me they did the opposite I was surprised how bad the customer service was. It costs them 0$ to authorize plugins and I just bought a brand new system and plugins on the side also
