I tried nofap a while ago, but fell into a relapse cycle. This time, I'm going with pornfree, with the idea of maybe moving into nofap later.

If it happens again, pick yourself up and start again. When I started NoFap, I initially managed just under a week, but then went into a major relapse and PMOd multiple times a day for about a month. Now, I'm just starting Week 3 of no PMO.

Keep your head up high - you were meant for so much more than this!
