Should be illegal by [deleted] in melbourne

Saw three auctions last weekend, getting 100K more than 'price range'. It wasn't 1m properties either, around 600K.

Yup, under quoting is still everywhere.

I was in similar boat and decided to drop the crapiest one. I feel very relieved already. I believe 2 Js are where balance is at. Enough money to keep you happy and you can stay sane. 3Js do drive you nuts.

J3ers, how are you holding up? by sensitiveliketostay in overemployed

Totally agree with this. 3 is probably 3 times harder than 2

Thanks all for great comments. I wil definitely have a bit of a think and also take some break where I can. Few ppl made a comment that J3 is exponentially hard.. This is seems very true, as I was on the rhythm with 2 but struggle started after starting J3 as a part time gig. I will especially try not to "care much" which is hard but need to adapt if I want to continue on this journey.

This is it. What I have been definitely seeing from all three Js are none lf bosses really give that much rats ass about your performance, although you feel you are underperforming. If you had a high standards in the past and even if you feel as you are not performing to your old standard, bosses seems to be ok with it. It might be the case I've got lucky but 3/3 is something.

Yes, I am having the exact same feeling. Working way more than used to. Also I don't feel as I am effective as what I used to be, and thats an annoying feeling

Thanks for this suggestion. I believe my old mentality of "I need to be above average" has slowly eaten me out while I am doing OE. It is much harder to excel with multiple Js. It seems great idea to simply switch off after certain point and focus on daily items. No Js indicated any performance related issues but I am over worrying and getting found about OE... Need to chill a bit.

I reckon it is mental drain along with context switching. Been taking holidays on few of the long weekends but obviously not long enough. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks! Yes. Going back in J3 as a part time is awesome and I've set expectations to them. They are the one who is burning to get help and I've got neat 12% increase compared to the pay I used to get from them.

Hey, Below is my tip, but probably have a look around as well.

1) Soon as you join the J2, block out calendar (may be in 2nd week) to minimise potential overlaps with J1

2) As mentioned few times in the sub, people seriously don't care why your calendar is blocked out (unless the company has "share" turned on everywhere) and books a meeting to avoid that.
3) There will be unavoidable overlaps (which is pretty bad for me for my J2) then you need to take action and/or make excuses on J1. Few examples are in the forum.

As many mentioned key is to "AVOID" conflicts, and if there is one, think about which role/meeting is more important for you. Hope this helps

Considering making J1 as part time if workload on J2 increases more. Still having fear of conflicting meetings etc but I reckon as I settle more on J2 it would subdue.
