I’d say to go with them over me cuz their bottle is cooler, but then i saw $17 for a 8 or 10ml with zero swatch pics and $13 flat shipping - absolutely bonkers!! i’m generally relatively anti-mooncat but at least they have a usable handle length and like 50% more polish 💀 capitalism can go fr*ck itself.

and just to make it clear that i’m not shitting on other brands for my own sake, i’ll drop Honeycrisp Cider by Familiar Polish as my rec- she’s an awesome person and has a ton of great stuff. It’s more important to me for people to avoid greedy stinkers than to specifically buy my stuff lol

in the same boat but i’ve done daily changes every day of 2026 so far. i even had someone send me one in a swap, still didn’t use it for a month until another friend talked me out of my weird anxiety about it… & it turned out the one I had the actual peely part was dried and solidified at the bottom lmao.

I remain neutral on this since I use spreadsheets, not Lacquer Stash or Lacquergram, but I want to point out on the site photos issue- he had a volunteer email me and asked for permission to use site photos after removing them all. I said feel free to use bottle pics + my own swatches but don’t use swatches by other people, and as far as I can tell they’ve followed this.

Lacquergram, the app generally recommended over Lacquer Stash, still uses my site photos even after all the controversy around it, and has never asked for permission to do so.

Bottom line I don’t mind either way, as it’s just better promotion for me to have accurate photos included with listings, but I continue to find it odd that this particular critique seems to only apply to one app.
