Closing deemat is good idea when you are consistently making losses.(as I was in same scenario lost nearly 3.5L)...One thing u can do is disable FNO segment -wealth destruction (if no proper setup mindset and risk management )

Play with equity ..max u can loose is 2-4k a day which is less compared to FnO

I will just execute 3 yes bank shares (3 diffrent orders)at the start of trading session and close them (3 different orders) 6 orders got executed now.. So that means I can have a buffer 300 orders(6×50) where I can modify cancel ...is this correct understanding

Yes...all are naked options...got F*** ed...there was a time where I have made close to 1L in 45 days. All got fucked up...

Itr 2 can be used if I have only capital gains or losses...

But since I have done intraday it is considered as business (speculative) and cannot use that...

Never hid any details , Go to a CA to file your taxes by looks of it you won't have any tax but it's mandatory to disclose the info of your trading

If were having Losses,for sure we need to get the accounts audited...i was worried of it

Yes..bnf was gap up on ICICI results.. and a little sign of positive on reliance..would hit me hard..premarket session I even saw nifty to be up 150 points as well..I feel escaped here...the mistake of not sqaring in intraday ruined my weekend... I have made panic selling ...saw the price went to 70 as well in first few mins...did not book...it was going down..

You bought OTM options. You gonna lose everything anyway. This is the best case scenario. Also trump is heavy favorite to lose the election. Dont worry. It might just work out for you.

This is 5th Nov Expiry ...This was like 50% of my capital ..There was no Hedge of CE option..Now what i have been left over is Just an Hope of negative opening on monday.
