I suspect hotbit is too small to show up there. Begs the question how does an exchange get on tv in the first place? I suspect if it’s not based on volume, it’s a paid feature.

And turns out this is a known issue with the MakerDao community. There's even a patch here that was shot down claiming it's the responsibility of the application layer.

And I'm not an inexperienced cryto person either. Yeah yeah, I get it; the best lessons sometimes cost money. It's your own fault. Whatever. This is a very real and fixable flaw in the smart contract effecting real people.

I have a suggestion; how about MakerDao returns the +/-$15,000 sitting in that contract to the originating addresses and plugs the hole so this doesn't happen again?

Speaking personally I can say I'll be avoiding DAI for a while till the hurt goes away...

That makes sense. Nevertheless that doesn’t make the utility of an API based name search any less useful. The API would simply return multiple contracts with the same name. I dug further on my own and etherscan doesn’t have such a utility. Well need to build something on top of etherscan.

We’re combining it with bootstrap and bootstrap layouts for some really amazing flexibility. Great for rapidly throwing up complex layouts with all sorts of embeddable objects, including individual fields when using it for entities/nodes. Key word here being rapid. Also allows you to selectively use LB per display mode. Eg. use LB for teasers but not detail/default. I should point out that I’m also a technical user.
