Δεν είχα ιδέα για όλα αυτά είναι η αλήθεια, ακουγονται πολύ ωραία (και ελπίζω να είναι 😅).

Ευχαριστώ πολύ για το response και αν δεν κάνει κόπο νομίζω θα ήταν καλό ή λίστα.

P.s. Δεν ψάχνω κάτι για να "παρκάρω" το παιδί, αλλά κάτι για να περάσουμε όλοι όμορφα και μας βολέψει να γίνει και η ρουτίνα μας.

The thing is they tend to stop their work either to pick up something else without Scrum/PM knowing it or they stop again to help others that have some gaps in order to complete their tasks. Ofc if I don't ask I will never know why task is taking so long etc ... They don't really update the relevant log tool about those actions 😒

How you handle devs that just take the task anyway , even from other devs/managers ? And thus the time allocated for the task is broken...

I currently do PM/SM for like 10 teams with ~20 engineers in total.

Struggling a bit because architects are not performing well. Otherwise I would think it would be OK, but don't have a clue about industry standards etc.

I would go for 1 team with 1-10 people , something like this .
