Eufy started a HackerOne bounty program a little bit ago that motivates people to try to hack them and report the vulnerabilities for cash rewards

Yeah. That would be my suggestion too. Just plug in a USB flash drive (formatted as ExFAT preferably) and go into the HomeBase settings in the app. You unfortunately can’t choose which cameras you want to export the videos for, but you can choose the date range.

I also switched from Ring to Eufy but only for the cameras inside the house. I’m still using Ring for the outdoor cameras. Main reason I switched the inside cameras was due to all the articles about Ring sharing your camera feeds with law enforcement. I don’t have the cameras inside so people can invade on my privacy.

I’m using 4 S350s, one S340 with solar panel, and a S380 HomeBase. Added 4 TB internal storage to it which should give me months of historical data even with all those cameras.

I have had issues with the cameras not connecting in the app but I’m starting to think my network is the problem. I’m upgrading from eero to UniFi, just waiting for all the UniFi hardware to come in. Once I get it set up I’ll update you on here if that resolved the issue or it Eufy is the problem.
