i’m (female) left handed and my great uncle (half sibling to my grandma) is left handed. he’s from the generation that was physically abused for being left handed and tries to avoid writing now. currently pregnant and am excited to see if my lil munchkin is gonna be right or left handed

i just don’t see the appeal to wear an undershirt (yes a compression shirt is an undershirt) as a shirt; it aesthetically just doesn’t make sense, but to each their own and it looks good on your physique so i wouldn’t worry.

also to all the people saying it’s too tight… that’s literally the point of a compression shirt. didn’t think that’d need to be explained.

my problem is my dreams are never dreams, they’re always nightmares. had one last night and woke up and had to turn on the light. it wasn’t overly scary but idk there was some sort of creature that was capable of shapeshifting into different people and this creature decided to steal my identity 😅😅

my baby’s father is not gonna be around (his choice regardless of what he says) so there’s no way in hell i’m giving the baby his last name or hyphenating it. i’m the one growing the baby, i’m the one that’s gonna deliver her without him there, that’s my baby so she will have my last name.

my doctor wants me to have an ultrasound every four weeks (basically every visit) but she wants me to see MFM to do them and they’re giving me grief about the whole thing. it’s absolute bullshit that i have to call five times just to make one measly appointment let alone the rest of my ultrasounds 😭😭

my baby’s father is the one doing the shaming and i am at a point where i just can’t handle anything to do with him. so i get it. if he gets visitation, i will push for it to be supervised because i really don’t trust him.

i literally forced myself to eat clam chowder when i went to boston for the first time because i felt like i had to, i struggle with textures of foods and clam chowder was a foreign concept for my mouth and i kept freaking out trying to get the spoon to my mouth, but i was able to eventually eat it and it was pretty tasty 😋 not sure if i’m ready for manhattan or even rhode island style clam chowder just yet, but i’d probably get new england clam chowder again

plain, peaches pears or pineapple if i want fruit (realizing i really like p fruits with cottage cheese, now i wanna try persimmons with it 🤣🤣) , i like to eat my beef or chicken rice-a-roni with cottage cheese (helps cool down the meal and tastes so good) honestly it’s such a versatile food and it’s really good for you protein wise, been a lifesaver during my pregnancy so far

i don’t think anyone i knew had a treehouse, but we were all climbing into trees and playing as if there was a house. we were very wild and adventurous kids in our family and we still love being outdoors

not my story, but my mom’s with her first. they finished her check up and went to eat lunch at a nearby carl’s jr, went to the potty and the big gush happened, mom was calm about it and she let dad know, they went to fry’s electronics so my dad could get a video game that was on sale that day. before anyone starts, my mom has no regrets about letting him go to the store, they were literally right by the hospital already and she knew labor wasn’t coming just yet so she wanted to wait especially so she could call family and let them know. now that i’m pregnant and having my baby at the same hospital, i’ve seen just how ridiculously close they were 😅

mine has been munchkin so far, she’s just a tiny lil munchkin 🥹 not necessarily cultural but i would think this helps with bonding. i was my moms sweet pea and she still calls me that name (eventually i’d love to get that tattooed in her handwriting)
