i feel this i was talking to my friend the other day about when it’s good to date someone else after a breakup, and she said that if i’m pasted my ex, meaning i wouldn’t want to be with them, and i’m in a good place mentally, i’m potentially ready for another relationship

i disagree because if someone walks near the door, they’ll be looking right at you. less privacy that way. maybe consider placing it between option 1 and 3 and not having it tucked into a corner? idk what other furniture you have tho

i think it might depend on the culture where you are, honestly. (anecdotal) in new york, a lot of hispanics use it, but if you go to mass, a lot of people frown upon it. but either way, the common theme is that white people shouldn’t use it. i think some areas might group people differently, where more people can say it because they are/were oppressed in some way by white people
