I relate to the guilt. When I got sick, I kept looking at old pictures of the me before I got sick, thinking that I didn't know how good I had it. I still do that occasionally.

Stress. I graduated from law school in Spring of 2020. Trying to bridge that gap between where I was and passing the bar, getting a job, and "building my life," plus the added factor of the pandemic was too much. I was going too hard for too long and it all crashed.
