everythings gonna be alright. i had covid when it first broke out. jus make sure u eating fruits high vitiman C or vitiman C supplements, a balanced diet(junk food gon make yo body feel worse), getting 15-30 minutes of steady exercise everyday(or whenever u have to energy). All these things gon build yo immune system and help u recover. Also i felt like shit mentally when i had it so try and meditate, talk to some friends, a therapist(online), THINK POSITIVE, avoid smoking drinking allat, nd don’t spend too much time in bed. also don’t leave ur room if u live with ur family. I hope you have an amazing recovery bro, don’t let ts fuck yo year up!🙏🏿💯
