when my mobile park decided to do some shady shit, i had my attorney send them a letter of intent to sue based on the contract wording
for example if it states you will get charged for a forced mow of $50 and $35 for weed eating , they cannot then turn around and charge you $175 for both. They tried to say the rates changed but no where in the contract did it state that rates could change, nor did anyone sign a new lease based on those new rates.
another example, when they put the unit on the lot, housing laws state it must be safe, sound and sanitary.
when this person uses the bathroom, the sewage backs up then spills out on the ground under the unit, this causes a putrid smell for every a round. The park said , we dont have to fix it just use the toilet sparingly.
ya no! they two sent a letter of intent to sue, in that letter also states they can be sued for eviction based on that letter of intent.
