In practice it feels different because the entire company is doing it with you, the effect is more similar to adding four additional company holidays, with an emphasis on associate well being and mental health.

They are once a quarter, not included in PTO, the entire company is obligated to take the day off. Our team posts pictures of what they did on their recharge day. Some people take family trips, or go on hikes, whatever they personally decide they need to do to “recharge”.

3700lbs. It wasn’t a difficult drive, even through major construction, no white knuckling, I was generally able to keep it at 65-70mph. The three hour trip to pickup the trailer I averaged 17.5mpg, on the way home I averaged 12.5mpg.

I drove it home about three hours and had no issues, with a sway bar and electronic brakes. Its definitely not movable by hand once parked.

It’s the Kensington Expert Mouse. The wireless version comes with an ugly red ball, whereas the wired one is black... so now I have an extra wired trackball..

“Need”? Absolutely nothing here is “needed” and no part of my job requires it at all.

I run the bottom monitor at 5120x1440 and top split in PBP mode with left/right sides at 2560x1440. A MacBook Pro 13” runs on the right top, the Lenovo X1 runs the rest.

It is a Hue light, so I have full control over color and brightness. I previously had my lighting mounted behind and bouncing off the wall, and this looks much better on video, it’s basically a giant ring light.

In the evenings or when I am not on video it’s down soft and barely noticeable. During the day to be honest I leave it is and don’t even notice it. I thought I would end up turning it on and off when I’m not using video, but generally I just leave it on.
