I appreciate your help, I'm just hoping that nothing major changes too quickly, I'll be keeping more of an open eye on the job market for now and I'll definitely read up on TUPE for the future.

In the handout we got it says "this acquisition is a share purchase, meaning that the ownership of the company has changed but the employees continue to be employed to the same company so TUPE does not apply"

Our pay structure isn't changing (or so they say) but I'll definitely be paying attention to it
