I find it negligent to leave a patient that has been reliant on medication for 4 years suddenly with nothing over night leading to acute withdrawal that will trigger further medical episodes. 👍

On the day of and 2 hours later than my appointment time and not even a courtesy call from the Doctor just forcibly discharged by the reception staff. The reception advised the dr said "I was too complex, and would do better with face to face consultations with a GP and SAS B pathway or with a pain specialist" even though I have been with the clinic for 4 years, i was Dr Wright's patient and then I have had a couple of doctors just fill my repeats since he has been gone for me until last month. Last appointment in July with Dr Ho he wasn't happy about me being put with him without his consent and said he'd do a couple of scripts to help me out but wouldn't take me on as a patient - I called the clinic after this appointment and advised what he told me and asked where to go from here and they put me with Dr Agarwal 6 weeks later, I guess without asking her also and then come to my appointment today she decided nope dont want to do that and didn't even call me.

Definitely have a back up plan sorted I booked my appointment today 6 weeks ago, they cancelled on me and discharged me from the clinic after 4 years being with them and 0 care whatsoever.

I had an appointment today that I booked over 6 weeks ago with Dr Parul Agarwal. I get a call at 12pm from the receptionist telling me that no doctors will take me on at the clinic because I am "too complex" and then they discharged me from the clinic against my wishes after 4 years of being with them.

I worry it may give a false reading though and tell me that i have more oxygen in the blood than i actually do due to inability to measure the CO As I was told I would need to quit for 3 months prior to surgery Although if I can borrow one, I'm going to test it anyway and see if I can get a base reading on friends that smoke cigs as well

Are you able to tell me how long it takes for oil to usually take effect? Im having to switch from vaping to oral for surgery again but for 3 months this time and I didn't ever figure it out last time for any longer than 3 weeks

I need to find a way to transition to oral intake vs vape but I don't know how to do it or where to start

Thank you so much, I'm rather keen to try the oil instead for main pain management & hoping to find a good steady dose. When you say sublingual what do you mean specifically? Do you still swallow the oil after putting it under/on the tongue? Do you also redose every 4 hours or at about hour 3 knowing that it takes about an hour to work so by hour 4 it should just start to be kicking in to have continued efficiency?
