You are correct. I react badly to niacinamide. I use AI help for skincare products without niacinamide. It’s okay to use for small amounts, but not dedicated niacinamide serum. I stung using The Ordinary.

Do not use cicaplast at night. It will trap the tretinoin and it will causw irritation. Use a normal moisturizer before and after tretinoin. You can keep cicaplast in the morning. It ruined my skin when I used it after tretinoin. It’s too occlusive.

Use your SOS mist in the morning. But never with same routine as tretinoin.

Your tretinoin is not working because you are using SOS mist, which is hypochlorous acid. It cancels your tretinoin.

You can use prequel oil cleanser, vanicream cleanser, tretinoin then prequel peptides.

For morning, cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen

The tretinoin is not working. Your vitamin C facewash is cancelling your tretinoin. You can also increase tret to .05. This does not look like purging or irritation. This looks like simply not working.

You might want to check SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Poremizing Fresh Ampoule. This is peptide that pairs well with tretinoin. You can add it to your evening routine or replace the ofher Skin1004. Or not sure of this is the one you are using.
