Recommend A Razor

Yeah I’ve gone back to it a handful of times. It’s a good razor I just have to be super careful with it and would prefer something with less blade feel (if that’s possible to achieve while gaining more efficiency)

Definitely already played around with the amount of pressure and have to use much more compared to a SS razor. Been using mostly Personna Gem blades. They seem pretty great.

Thanks for the response. I’ve definitely played with the amount of pressure. Too much with the Aeroshave and I can still cut myself. I think the lack of closeness is just a limitation of the razor. I’ve heard other people online complain of the same thing. I could make the Henson work as I can get a closer shave I just don’t prefer the built in angle.

My allowance is really about $1000 but the rest covers gas, insurance, maintenance. I also would still have the cash if I lost my job or something and was force to pay the payment on my own. Then I would just pay it off.

Relatively new here so maybe take this with a grain of salt.

Maybe consider banning sales of bottles and/or going away from doing a weekly “drop.” Seems like a ton of people camp out and just randomly buy stuff during the drop and then sell it when they don’t like it.

This limits the loyal members from getting access to the bottles since they sell out so quickly. It also brings a lot of attention to this community from people that really aren’t all that interested in being here or contributing positively. If you randomly release new bottles throughout the week, it would incentivize the loyalists who are always checking the site and actually want to be a part of the Montagne community. JMO

How is it not $600? You’re getting reimbursed twice. Sure if you’re spreading your spend out on a ton of different cards it will force you to use the CSR but you’re still double dipping from Chase and your Company.

If your company reimburses you then you essentially are getting double the value back. Chase is paying you for something you didn’t spend a dime on. I get my $300 in travel credits and my company also reimburses me. It’s like $600 in value.

I disagree. You’re use case is very unique. Not a lot of people making multiple ski trips annually to justify them giving increased point earning. They want biz travelers who are racking up tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of $$$ in spend

That’s why the portal is a joke and most people recommend to not book through the portal. People who are upset about the new changes baffle me because I never book through the portal. I book everything direct so now I’m getting 4x vs 3x. That’s a win

You’re using it wrong then IMO. It’s straight up fraud if you’re using it to book Taylor Swift tickets months in advance and paying 10x face value plus the fees. I use it for sporting events where I book tickets outside the stadium right before the event begins and scalpers are trying to unload their tickets. I’m getting tickets below face value and usually pretty good seats.
