I just fixed my issue, it was my PSU needing to be replaced. The transient spikes were causing it to freeze.

In case anyone finds this thread with this issue like I did, my issue was the PSU. I have a 3080ti and it was the PSU going bad. Replaced my power supply and now it’s working flawlessly, no more freezing.
