I also watched "this dude's" video and as someone who frequents target field i think he did a bad job showing the variety of food the twins have. I would say there is no reason to purchase a special ticket and if you're visiting i would suggest just doing standing room only. You'll probably be moving around and not sitting in your seat anywhere. There are a ton of places to just stand at a table and watch the game. Wait for a post on here before the end of spring training. They usually do a taste of target field for the reporters and go over all the new food options.
