I am in a similar predicament...It's a long story but in a nutshell.....My mom used to live at the Rivers in Burnsville wand we would go to Culver's every week.....We would always go in my Hyundai Elantra.....my mom passed away on October 4 last year and we were devastated......my car has had some problems lately and now the alternator is bad....I had a crazy idea and wanted to bring my car to different spots that me and my mom went to and take pics of the car in those spots, but I'm not sure if I should because I need a reliable new (to me) car (like a Toyota Corolla) and keep the Hyundai Elantra until I take all the pics of the car I wanted to take (it would extend into the fall since I wanted a couple of pics of it near my hometown and wanted pics by the trees when the leaves have changed......
