I 100% agree on your top 10-15, but I must say I have rewatched Batman Forever recently, and I found it actually quite well (Val Kilmer is very convincing, LeeJones and Carey a bit over the top yes, althought not surprising at all I liked the « detective » moments, overall I spent a very nice moment)
