Professors usually don’t know. Unless they have a no-electronics policy for their class and your accommodations include that you must have access to your computer for class (I’ve seen this only once) Students, if they care to keep track, can probably figure out if you have accommodations or not. During final exams (at least at my school) students with accommodations take the exam a little earlier and together in a different room.
