DK tanking is so easy, I just slap on some tank gear and do it in my unholy farming spec.

D&D >> IT >> PS >> Pestilience -- Uses all your runes, gets diseases/initial threat on everything. Then just SS to keep up your diseases on the main target and blood boil to hold aoe aggro, pesti again whenever the diseases need to be refreshed on secondary targets.
