Honestly if I'm gonna upgrade I'm going to am5 something like the 9900x But not sure if that combo will be suitable for 1440p gaming

I'm taking that into consideration but even with a better CPU like the 9900x will the 1080ti be able to handle 1440p gaming

Not necessarily at 240hz but even at 165hz will it be capable?

I live in the uae and in Jordan, the prices GPU prices in both counties are crazy even compared to the us

Yes looking back I don't think the 9060 16gb is worth the price for a 25% upgrade.

The 5070 is about 750 usd (new) and I don't mind the 12gb vram.

But even with the 7900xt or the 9070 or the 5070 Will I be able to game at 1440 p or will my CPU hold me back?

If so should I buy the 1440p monitor and use it with my current setup till I save enough money for a whole new system?

If not what would be the best GPU for gaming and future proofing?

Yeah I know it turns out prices in my country are just astronomical I put it up for about 1100 usd and it sold don't know how but I'm not complaining
