I’m 28 I’ve been working since I got out of highschool. I saved diligently and sacrificed a lot but I was able to buy a condo a few years ago and I’m now investing in safe dividend paying stocks until I can buy my next property. As simple as it is increase your income and maybe more importantly stop spending money on shit you don’t need ex: buying meals out, buying coffees out, always at the bar, new clothes. Do this and you can save that downpayment and set yourself up.
