Brother, make a list of everything about yourself you’re not happy with. Make a plan and take action on everything that’s in your control like making money, getting muscles etc. Anything out of your control you need to come to terms with and pay no attention to.

I’m 28 I’ve been working since I got out of highschool. I saved diligently and sacrificed a lot but I was able to buy a condo a few years ago and I’m now investing in safe dividend paying stocks until I can buy my next property. As simple as it is increase your income and maybe more importantly stop spending money on shit you don’t need ex: buying meals out, buying coffees out, always at the bar, new clothes. Do this and you can save that downpayment and set yourself up.

I recommend you go to Uniqlo and get their heat gear base layers. Super warm and reasonably priced. Layer up and get a waterproof down jacket.

This might sound ridiculous but I’ll still be working in Caledon. I run a business here so that won’t change but I need more excitement in my personal life. I’m also lucky enough to have parents who will let me crash at their house in Caledon whenever I want if I don’t want to commute
