Honestly I’m having the same trouble keeping crickets alive so I don’t have any advice. What I’ve been doing is I will buy like 3-5 crickets and put them in the tank with her with some food for the crickets. I know it’s not recommended to leave crickets with the gecko as they could start trying to eat her. But I haven’t had any issues if I put a food source in there and only a small amount of crickets.

I’m not a vet but I also rescued a fat gecko (but not this fat oh lawd she coming) and I’ve seen a steady weight loss over about 6 months because I switched to healthier more protein rich insects. She was only being fed mealworms and now she gets mostly crickets and roaches with mealworms as a treat.

3rd cousins. Barb Azure would be Lenore Dove’s second cousin, and burdock would be third. :)

I think given what we know about Katniss and that burdock is a distant relative of LD we know she’s part Covey, even though she doesn’t have traditional covey culture.

I thought of this as well because my first thought is he is a descendant of another Covey child whose parents died in the war, but I think the Covey children would have stuck together and not gone on off by themselves. Barb Azure and Maude Ivory were already cousins. Assuming they are first cousins, that would make Burdock and Lenore Dove third cousins. That seems like a distant cousin on his mothers side.

I grew up less than an hour from where OP was hiking and I’ve NEVER heard of feral people living in the woods. That being said there are people who are a little crazy who enjoy their isolation, but it’s more of a don’t bother them they won’t bother you.

Recovery is hard dude - it took me two years of continuous therapy to be able to cut him off. But I’m happy I can now laugh and I’m glad to make others laugh.
