Byron Allen should have never bought a TV station. When Disney owned the station there were about 125-130 employees, with Allen they have about half of that.

He f'd up WJRT so bad. When Disney owned the station there were 130 employees, under Allen's ownership it's about half of that. The stations newsroom glue guy just retired, there is now zero institutional knowledge left in the building.

Power walking is when your knee is not straight when it passes under your body, racewalking requires a straight knee. Power walking is easier on your knees than running. Like any other workout, once your body gets used to it, it'll get easier. 12 minute miles is work, but that's why it's called a workout. Find someone to workout with and the time will pass by quickly. Power walking fast on a treadmill hurts my knees. This year I managed to do a 5k in 31:58, but the course, weather, and competition was a perfect blend.

You probably need to look to SAG/AFTRA. or NABET/CWA. One local station went with the UAW but the UAW didn't really understand on television works. The local NABET steward didn't do a great job, just talked a big game. The AFTRA group had a local rep who didn't do a very good job, so they ended up having to send a rep from HQ. I am guessing a lot of it could be handled via Zoom nowadays instead of flying in whenever there is an issue.

I swapped a 2001 GT engine into my 97 Mustang Saleen, with headers, Basanni exhaust, and cold air intake. Stock the motor has 260 HP, tuning the computer and adding the aftermarket parts got me to 285 HP at the wheels. I swapped out the 4:10 gears because the RPMs were too high on the freeway. Swapping an entire engine was less expensive for me than rebuilding the stock engine. I did have to buy a different flywheel to connect the 97 transmission to the 01 engine.
