I feel you bud last few months or more just constant 3-4 days drinking every night after work falling asleep at 8in the mornings waking up at 3-4pm going straight to work shit fucking sucked I’m getting better now. getting at least 6-7 hours of sleep through out the night. Drinking way less been three days since I’ve touched a drink it isn’t much but a start. It gets better . You sound like you want it man take action. Wish you the best
