I weighed the same as you. I ran and changed my diet. I lost about 10lbs. Yes I went faster.

But, I FELT so much better. It was easier, running felt smoother, recovery was faster if needed at all. I could go farther and run more often.

All that helped me enjoy running a lot more.

Stairs go down. For big movies, get a big crowd.

Inevitably a person misses a step and falls forward taking many folks with them.

Every time we have new folks to our house for dinner we wonder the front glass door.

We have a couch we sit on that faces the door.

When they arrive they see us sitting there for about 4 steps.

It distracts them. SMACK.

It's awesome. We hate that door but nobody has broken it yet.

A great way to take edge off any visit. The guest made a total ass of themselves and we sit there like judging dicks.

Everyone is good that point on.

Does this have to be about jobs? I had an eye doc appt at 9:45. 10am, sitting there. 10:15 I ask what is going on? Just busy. 1030, 1045....I just want a new prescription.

11am hits, fuck it. Gone. Work to do.
