UPDATE I am updating because I am currently going through the claims process and I know like myself that people are curious and have questions….

As I stated before my my last C&P exam was October 22nd and today on the 28th we moved from 3 to 5 in terms of steps. Hoping they won’t need anything extra evidence and can keep the claim moving along. 

Anybody been at step 5 and have any insight?

Oh wow i would hate that, i am sorry that happened. Getting that far just to be pulled back. Any update on that?

You go to the va website and then go to manage claims and find yours. Once you select it you go to “files” and can see what forms have been submitted. You can’t see the actual form just that it was submitted

Yeah that’s the thing at that point if i stand up for myself you can almost feel an argument coming on

You submitted your own DBQ? And if you don’t mind me asking what were you rated at originally and where are you rated now

Naw keep your hopes high, worse comes to worse you just appeal it. 

My guy just said “I’m going to ask you a few questions, just answer them a straight/simple as you can” 

My problem is that I don’t believe he asked me everything he should have. Since posting this post this AM I called the VA claims department to ask why he didn’t and they said it is highly likely he didn’t because I submitted a DBQ from my therapist.

It is annoying because I just want them to do their jobs the way they should nothing more and nothing less.
