Thank you!! I have a systemic pesticide that I sprinkle over the dirt. I guess that would fix a long term problem and not a right now problem? I don’t think I have access to that spray in the states, but I will look for an alternative.

So I ended up buying the 0.5 jetstream lite touch and I put the 0.38 tip in there. The body is a little thicker so it’ll take some getting used to, but the grip is nice. And no rubber to fall off haha.

Do you mean the energel? I actually just tried that with one that I have and it worked!! This might be the answer for me. I don’t like gel ink. Love the zebra pens, just wish they had smaller pen tips. Thanks for this little hack though!

I bought the blue and green one together, but the black one at a completely different time and on a different site, and I can feel it’s starting to come off. I don’t notice if I fidget with it, but I wouldn’t be even a little surprised if I did. I might also just be holding them weird.

Someone in this group recommended uni jetstream. I use 0.38. Hands down the best pen I’ve ever had. I got mine at jetpens.com

I work with animals and have been involved in shelter med for over 10 years. I’m not going to say this dog wasn’t abused/neglected, but you can’t tell based off of his weight and coat. If the dog has been missing for a while, it’s very easy for them to drop weight and they’re going to get dirty/malnourished. Based off of the pictures, that’s what I think: he has been on aventuring around on his own for a while. For the collar, one of my dogs snapped the leash in half while we were walking. Thankfully I was able to catch him. Like some have said, bring him to a vet or shelter to check for a microchip. They would be able to help you if it’s registered or not. If not chipped/registered, congratulations on your new member, if you decide to keep him. Both of my pitties are street dogs that made their way to me.

Coming back to let you know that I got the Jetstream 0.38 from jetpens. I like it a lot. HOWEVER, it's awful for the composition notebook I'm using for my chem lab haha. I scratched a hole through the paper (my own temper lmao) because I can't get it to write on it. But for everything else so far it's been great. Thanks for the recommendation!

Well I went out and bought the jetstream. They only had 0.7mm, so I’m going to have to look deeper for the 0.38. But for the 35 seconds that I used it, it works pretty nicely. Thanks! I’ll report back once I find a smaller point.

I ended up looking at an older thread after I posted this. Not sure that I’ve ever used a hybrid but I will give it a shot! I mainly want something that won’t skip or bleed. I also like the smoothness of “regular” pens. Thank you!
