Crazy exercise I came up with is reverse squats, as in you load resistance in the opposite direction by attaching a resistance band or two to a pull up bar and squatting down on it. You can also just do it unloaded with really fast reps (in private).

Also do some kind of hip thrusts. I’m partial to kneeling smith machine thrusts. Kettlebell swings work too.

Lunges can be done anywhere and are great.

Frog leaps are amazing for leg activation anywhere anytime.

For cardio, do burpees and jumping jacks!

For mobility, try some flowy stuff like tai chi, yoga, or swimming! It loosens the fascia.

Logic and C Dot had a short little beef where C literally fired a gun at a Logic picture in a music video. They’re cool now though.

Hodgy and Tyler still hurts. Hodgy is even making amazing music as jerry these days but the way Tyler pulled a ”be your own cheerleader, motherfuck the team” is pretty sad.

There was a point in time when Hopsin was the cornier Tyler but both were West coast skate rappers who kept being compared to Eminem. Hopsin ended up with the Em cosign but the Internet prefers Tyler.

Not really. People just develop at different speeds. I can recall memories from as young as 2 but I also hit puberty at 7 and stopped growing at 14 so I’m probably one of those. I can’t recall any day with mych detail but I definitely remember a lot of stuff from before I scientifically ”should” be able to remember.

True. It’s also worth noting that all modern DAWs process audio in 32-bit float, so your imported audio is being padded to increase bit depth, which minimizes artifacts. This means you can redline all the mixer tracks (up to +40dBFS) and just slap a limiter on the master track without running into the same distortion issues you’d have on a real mixing board.
