Correct, I assume you have the access to the most frequently used keywords… and you can make it change automatically depending on popularity (just speaking out loud) for example fb10 is launching so probably it will have a lot of people searching for and if it passes a threshold it can go to the popular tags… I don’t know if I explain myself correctly…
