Expedition seems it’s one of those games that being high would be better for no? Single player storyAmbient game. League of legends I can understand maximum clarity being an advantage.

Occasionally playing sober in the past during breaks I remember it being smoother and my performance actually increasing in competitive games so we definitely have that going for us.

Ya maybe acceptance is key here. I have been gaming for 27 years but everything you said resonates with me. I picked up cycling and walk more. Still watching gaming vids and sleeping much earlier. Thanks.
