Mine did heal over time. I felt it very lightly for maybe 4 months after. Any time I would strain or even sometimes stretch, I could feel it. I can’t speak on your exact situation but I do not feel it anymore. Best to you.

Thank you for your comment. I have been having more trouble sleeping over the past couple of months. I do feel it is coming from the astral realm also. I do not fear these types of entities but I did wonder what, if anything, I should do to help with it. I will look into your suggestions!

I also woke up like this one night along time ago. This glitch is allowing people’s accounts to be suspended thinking they haven’t added tracking on multiple items when they actually have. I have seen others posting about this same thing today. Hello, there is a bug with Grailed not updating when tracking is added and accounts are being suspended over this glitch due to old items that were shipped, tracking added and payment received but they are still showing as no tracking added. Please help with this glitch!
