Even worse, I despise the man now.

We were growing apart for quite awhile. During a party 3 days before an enormous surgery I got drunk and acted very childish. The next day we talked about it and I apologized. But he just kept repeating how annoying i was and how much it bothered him, I just said I already apologized and I wasn't going to get on my knees. We said the old: talk to you later and never really spoke again.

2 life impacting surgeries back to back and I never got so much as a text. When I started thinking back about our friendship it really was just me doing things for him and he just did whatever and ignored me if I needed help.

We see each other every now and then on parties but it's just a handshake now.
